The write-up never has the interesting part
Most of the calls I make at Tent Softlab — why this architecture over that one, why a migration is worth the risk, why "just add a queue" is sometimes the wrong answer — never make it into a proposal or a client deck. They get decided out loud, on a screen share, and then they disappear.
This site is where I start keeping them. I record a walkthrough the moment I'm already thinking something through, publish it to YouTube, and drop the write-up here alongside it.
What to expect here
Posts about architecture and system design decisions, notes from AI-advisory conversations, and the occasional look at modernizing a legacy system without breaking it. Less polish than a course, more signal than a highlight reel.
If you want the studio side of this — services, engagements, how to work with us — that lives at tentsoftlab.com. This site is the personal, unfiltered feed.
